We had an amazing three-night stay at this place. The hotel is located in the mountains, halfway to the top, offering a stunning view of the surrounding nature. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and enjoyment, providing exceptional service throughout our stay. From the spacious room to the delicious traditional Japanese meals, we were truly spoiled. The hotel also offers a variety of Onsen, including a foot Onsen, which were incredibly relaxing and peaceful. We couldn't have asked for a better experience.
This place is highly recommended for families and individuals looking for a luxurious and comfortable getaway.

The food was good and the room was spacious. The hotel is located in a nice area close to some tourist attractions. What we liked the most was the private onsen in the room, which was really relaxing.
The staff was not friendly at all and their attitude made us feel unwelcome. The room had a strange smell that made it difficult to breathe.

Guests can savor traditional Japanese dishes made from local produce during the breakfast and dinner that are included in the stay. the rooms are clean, spacious, and come equipped with all necessary amenities to ensure a comfortable stay.
Some rooms may need better air-conditioning to cope with the heat, especially during summer months.

The hotel had a cozy and comfortable atmosphere for spending Christmas. the rooms had a nice view and were always clean. the location was great, close to shopping centers and public transportation. the friendly staff also provided great service and assistance.
Some parts of the hotel were a bit dated and needed an update. the onsen experience could have been better, with some of the facilities being a bit run down and lacking some amenities.

Great hotel facilities with impressive variety of 13 baths, private onsen available, outstanding Italian restaurant, comfortable bed. The hotel is well-kept, and the staff is friendly and helpful. There is shuttle service to and from the train station. The hotel located in a beautiful mountainous area with nice views.
Nothing bad to say.
